Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through store credit or bank transfer.
4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues or wrong items sent, subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
