At Gulraiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In their original packaging

    • With all original tags and labels attached

Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [your email or WhatsApp number] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through store credit or bank transfer.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or wrong items sent, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
